At 403 Labs, you'll have the autonomy to simultaneously work independently and as part of a team (mind explosion!). In our office environment, you can put on your headphones and sit, laser-focused, at your desk; jump into a heated debate about the intricacies of proper encryption key management; or collaborate in a lab about how to break into one of our customers (they pay us to do that). That is, of course, if you're not interrupted by Nerf gun fire (you will be).

How You Work

We're always on the lookout for individuals with the right mix of personality and passion who can contribute to our team by efficiently managing security and compliance assessments, conducting thorough forensic investigations, expertly carrying out penetration testing, developing clean and secure code, or supporting and expanding our client portfolio.

You'll be part of our core team, and there's plenty to keep you intrigued. Information security is a fast-paced marketplace, and you need to be able to keep up with us. You must:
